About the Artist.
Emily Sarah Heinrik Render (born October 1997), also known by her online alias Seuix, is a British/Danish practicing Illustrator and Business Owner. She graduated from Derby College with a Foundation Distinction Degree in Art & Design in 2017, and a 2:1 in Fine Art BA from Newcastle University in 2021.

Sketching from a young age, and with the encouragement from a family with a blend of artistic and technical backgrounds, she developed her craft constantly. While posting her artwork online during the mid 2010s, she was able to grow a steady stream of private commissions, eventually resulting in the establishment of a Limited Company in 2018 - Renders Design Ltd. She has since expanded her business into Digital Art, Product Design and Client Communication. In the 5 years since the formation of her business, she has taken on various Illustration projects, she has completed hundreds of private portrait commissions, and has over 600 sales on her Etsy Shop - SeuixWatercolourist. From 2022-23 she worked as an Asset Designer and Concept Artist in a small team of Indie game developers. At present, she continues to develop her professional and technical skills into new ventures, with a recent exploration into Front End Development.

Emily used her Fine Art Degree to push her creative process to new horizons of expression and media. She developed skills in the development of self-directed projects, teamwork, critical thinking, presentation and effective communication, eventually concluding in her striking Sacred Geometry Degree Show.

Art & Design Foundation, Distinction
Derby College
The rigorous and broad program offered by Derby College was an excellent way for Emily to explore a wide range of artistic practices before applying for University. She was awarded a Distinction, and her illustration work was featured in the Derby Book Festival of 2017.
